The CBSS sometimes has to come up with creative solutions for the challenges facing our clients who could be long-term unemployed, single parents, ex-offenders or people from specific ethnic communities such as the Somali or Vietnamese community.

CBSS Business Advisers tend to be self-employed themselves and aspire to move clients from unemployment to some form of economic activity. They refer clients for specialised advice or employment training and support where appropriate.
